Whoever facilitates, induces, causes or forces a minor or disabled person to undress or commit lewd or sexual acts or to exhibit himself or herself in any way, or whoever facilitates, induces, causes or forces a minor to be filmed, videotaped or photographed, or whoever attempts to do any of the above, whether to make a profit or not, will face a prison sentence of 5 to 12 years and a fine of $1,000 to $2,000 dollars.
